Description
This is a biro drawing of Sailor Pluto I did quite a while ago and I decided to scan it in. 
She is all drawn in biro whereas I cheated with the background and just added a screentone. 
And actually it's not strictly Sailor Pluto, but an evil version of her.
Oh and as you can see I altered her eternal fuku slightly; I prefer it like this. Whenever I try to draw the poofy sleeves they always end up looking stupid.
Obviously the false colour is added in photoshop, I just thought it looked cool.
