First of all, I think that your colouring is fantastic. The way that you've gotten all of the tones in the skin is lovely. I love the shadows across her shoulder. They make her skin look so smooth and delicate. There's that and the hair. I love the colouring on the hair. It brought me in straight away. Blonde is quite possibly the most difficult colour to work with because it is so transparent, but you've done it excellently. You didn't go too dark or too light.
What I love the most is how sweet the lips look. They look semi-realistic, which goes really well with your colouring. I love how full they are. Most of all, I like the half closed eye. It's really beautiful. My only critique would be that you should be able to see some of the other eye? From where the lips are positioned the tip of the lips should line with with the corner of the eye. I don't know if you missed it out on purpose.
Anyway, I really like this picture. It's simple but it's done really well. I like the little border you've made and how you've carried it on from the picture itself. Really adorable image and definitely worth a place in people's favourites.
